AutoSocial is an internal content automation system developed and operated exclusively by Rosario Costanzo ("we", "us", "our"). This application is not a public product or third-party service — it is used solely for personal content publishing activities on social media platforms.

In order to operate, AutoSocial connects to social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Through these connections, the application may access:

• Basic account information (username, profile ID)
• Publishing capabilities (to post video content on behalf of the account owner)
• Platform-specific metadata required by the respective APIs

All access is strictly limited to what is necessary for publishing functionality.

3. How We Use Data

Data accessed through platform APIs is used solely to:

• Publish AI-generated video content to authorized social media accounts
• Track publishing status and errors for internal logging purposes

We do not use any data for advertising, profiling, analytics, or any commercial purpose beyond personal content publishing.

4. Data Storage

Operational data (such as job status, post IDs, and error logs) is stored in a private database accessible only to the system operator. API tokens and credentials are stored securely and never exposed publicly.

No personal data belonging to third parties is collected or stored.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties. Data is not shared beyond what is strictly required by the social media platform APIs to complete a publishing action.

6. Third-Party Platforms

AutoSocial interacts with the following third-party platforms via their official APIs:

• Instagram (Meta Graph API)
• Facebook (Meta Graph API)

Each platform's own privacy policy governs how they handle data on their end.

All API keys and access tokens are stored in secure environment variables or a dedicated credential store. They are never hardcoded, logged in plain text, or exposed publicly.
