AutoSocial is an internal automation tool developed and operated exclusively by Rosario Costanzo. It is not a public platform, SaaS product, or service made available to third parties. Access is restricted to the system operator only.

2. Permitted Use

AutoSocial is used solely for the following purposes:

All use of the system complies with the terms of service of each connected platform.

3. Platform Compliance

The operator commits to using AutoSocial in full compliance with the developer policies of TikTok, Meta (Instagram and Facebook), and any other integrated platform. The system does not automate interactions in ways that violate platform guidelines, including spam, fake engagement, or impersonation.

4. Content Responsibility

All content published via AutoSocial is the sole responsibility of the operator. The system includes safety filters to reduce the risk of publishing policy-violating content, but the operator retains full editorial responsibility for published material.

5. No Third-Party Access

AutoSocial does not provide access to third parties. No user accounts, credentials, or platform data belonging to third parties are processed by this system.

6. Intellectual Property

All code, workflows, and configurations that make up AutoSocial are the intellectual property of Rosario Costanzo. AI-generated content is produced and published under the operator's editorial responsibility.

7. Liability

The system is provided "as is" for internal use. The operator assumes full responsibility for its operation, including any errors, failed publications, or API policy violations that may occur.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time to reflect changes in the system's functionality or connected platform policies. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any revisions.
